Colorful Past

A recent rant with a friend made me aware that I have a colorful past.   If the sun rises in the East, then I am out West in terms of lifespan, now closer to the setting of the sun.   The colorful past comes in handy at this time of my life.   It is comforting to scan vignettes from the past.   I don't have serious regrets.   When I try to drum up a serious regret, I can immediately see something I would have missed by having taken a different course.

I hope to wander this path that goes over the hill, and hopefully this little space on the big wide web will give me enough elbow room to find out if I have learned anything in 60 plus years.   I have no idea how to do this, so the best action seems to be DO IT.   Maybe I'll come back in a day or two and have something I want to say.

I have never baked cookies at Christmas time.   I think I will do that this week and see what it feels like.
Be Kind.
